These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the Look Good Brands LLC business SMS program. By using the site or opting in to SMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the messaging program.
Who we are
This website is operated by Look Good Brands LLC, 404 Longleaf Drive, Venetia, PA 15367. Look Good Brands is the parent company of Deka Lash and Deka+. Contact: mb@lookgoodbrands.com.
Deka Lash is a lash and brow franchise with studios in the United States and Canada. Information about Deka Lash studios is available at dekalash.com. Deka+ is medical aesthetics. This site is the Look Good Brands company and SMS information site. It is not a Deka Lash studio booking site.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes: to learn who we are, to read our SMS program details, and to submit an opt-in request if you choose. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Content on this site—including the Look Good Brands name, wordmark, and text—is owned by Look Good Brands LLC or used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of public pages.
Links to dekalash.com or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
SMS terms
The Look Good Brands LLC SMS program is a business messaging program. It is intended for franchisees, studio teams, vendors, and other people who opt in. It is not a consumer lash-client marketing blast.
- Sender: Look Good Brands LLC, +1 (412) 903-3434.
- What you may receive: operational alerts, franchise and studio updates, and authorized business notifications, including messages from the company’s AI assistant acting for Look Good Brands.
- Frequency: up to 8 messages per month.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms also apply.
- HELP: Reply HELP for help, or email mb@lookgoodbrands.com.
- STOP: Reply STOP to cancel anytime. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending SMS to that number (you may receive one final confirmation). You may opt in again later if you choose.
By submitting the opt-in form on this site, you confirm that the mobile number is yours (or that you are authorized to opt it in), that the consent checkbox is checked by you, and that you agree to receive the messages described here. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The website form does not itself send a text message.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end the program, or refuse to message a number, if we believe there is abuse, a wrong number, or a legal or carrier requirement.
How we handle personal information related to SMS is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing.
No professional advice
This site provides company and program information. It is not medical, legal, or franchise advice, and it is not an offer to sell a franchise. Studio services (including lash, brow, or medical aesthetics) are provided by the applicable studio or professional under their own terms, not by this web page.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Look Good Brands LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or SMS delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Look Good Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or the SMS program. Our total liability for claims relating to the site or SMS program is limited to fifty US dollars (US $50), except where Pennsylvania law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum if needed to protect the company.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to SMS terms will be reflected here and, where required, communicated to people who are opted in.
